Penn Metal Fabricators, Inc. has 5 metal presses that are used for forming and bending. They range in size from a 60 ton press to a 240 ton press.
The CNC controls can be set to bend many bends on one part without changing the bending dies.
The remaining presses use shop made dies to perform repeated operations on the parts.
